Terms of service
The terms governing enquiries, orders and hosting services supplied by Reticular Network LLC.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, or have authority to act for the organization placing an order. These terms, the Acceptable use policy, the accepted written order and any specifically agreed service terms form the service agreement. A written order controls any conflict about its specific configuration, price or service commitment.
2. Enquiries and orders
The website presents hosting configurations for enquiry. Clicking a plan opens an email and does not create an account, place an order or take payment. Availability, the final United States facility, configuration, fees and delivery timing are confirmed in writing before you commit. No service is accepted until we confirm the order.
3. Billing and renewal
Published prices are in US dollars per month. Applicable taxes, licenses, extra addresses, backup services and other additions will be stated in the quote before acceptance. Your order identifies the billing cycle, renewal arrangements and payment due dates. You are responsible for accurate billing details and timely payment. We may suspend overdue services after reasonable notice, unless an immediate suspension is permitted by law or required to prevent harm.
4. Customer responsibilities
Hosting is unmanaged unless your order expressly includes management. You are responsible for your operating system, applications, credentials, updates, access controls, content and independent backups. You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to process it only as necessary to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to host your content.
5. Resources and service changes
CPU allocations, memory, storage, network port capacity and transfer allowances are those in your accepted order. Shared virtual CPU access does not promise exclusive physical cores. A port speed is a capacity limit, not guaranteed end to end throughput. Contact us before exceeding the included resources; additional charges or restrictions must follow the agreed order. We will communicate material planned changes when reasonably possible.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend services for material violations, nonpayment, a legal requirement or a credible threat to people, systems or the network. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues when practical. Severe abuse may require immediate action. You may request cancellation by contacting support@reticularnet.com. Export your data before the agreed termination date; data remaining after termination may be permanently deleted.
7. Refunds and service commitments
Refunds and cancellation follow our Refund and cancellation policy and any accepted order terms. Availability targets and credits apply only when expressly included in a written service agreement. This website does not create a numerical uptime guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in the agreement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service during the three months before the event. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Disputes and updates
The agreement is governed by Missouri law, excluding conflict of laws rules, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. First contact admin@reticularnet.com so we can try to resolve a dispute. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to an ongoing service where required. No arbitration requirement is imposed by this policy.
