Acceptable use policy
Shared standards that help keep our services and network safe.
1. Lawful use
Use our services only for lawful activities and in accordance with the rights of others. You are responsible for content, users and traffic originating from your service. Do not host or distribute unlawful material, facilitate fraud, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Abuse and security
Do not conduct unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, malware distribution, botnet operation or denial of service attacks. Do not scan or test third party systems without their authorization. Security research must be lawful, authorized and scoped to prevent harm to other customers and the network.
3. Email and network conduct
Unsolicited bulk messages, spam infrastructure, deceptive email practices and deliberate IP reputation abuse are prohibited. Do not operate an open relay or an unsecured public proxy that enables abuse. You must maintain access controls and respond to credible abuse reports concerning your service.
4. Resource use
Stay within the capacity and traffic allowances of your accepted order. Do not deliberately interfere with other customers or circumvent resource limits. Workloads with sustained heavy CPU, disk or network demand may require dedicated resources; discuss unusual requirements before ordering. Cryptocurrency mining requires prior written agreement.
5. Response to violations
We may investigate complaints, request corrective action, filter harmful traffic or suspend affected services. Immediate action may be necessary to stop active abuse or comply with law. When practical, we will explain the issue and how it can be resolved. Repeated or severe violations may lead to termination.
6. Report abuse
Send reports to admin@reticularnet.com with the affected IP address or URL, timestamps and timezone, a concise explanation and relevant logs. Include a reply address and do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data. Reports are assessed on the available evidence.
