Data processing terms
The division of responsibilities when a hosting service processes personal data.
1. Roles and instructions
When we process personal data within your hosted workloads solely to provide the contracted hosting service, you determine the purposes of that processing and we act on your documented service instructions. For our own account administration, fraud prevention and legal compliance activities, the Privacy policy describes our separate responsibilities.
2. Scope of processing
The service may involve storage, transmission, retrieval and deletion of data throughout the contracted hosting period. The categories of data and people concerned depend on what you choose to host. You are responsible for a lawful basis, required notices, data accuracy and compliance with applicable law. Do not submit regulated or sensitive workloads without first confirming service suitability.
3. Confidentiality and security
Personnel access is limited to what is reasonably needed to provide, support and protect services. Appropriate confidentiality obligations and security measures apply. You remain responsible for operating system and application security, access permissions, encryption choices, patching and your independent backups unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Providers and transfers
Infrastructure and operational providers may help deliver the service. Contact admin@reticularnet.com before ordering if you require a provider list, transfer assessment, advance change notices or a specific processing location. International transfer mechanisms and any required supplementary terms must be agreed where applicable.
5. Requests and incidents
We will provide reasonable assistance with data subject requests and confirmed personal data incidents affecting the contracted processing, consistent with applicable law and the agreed service scope. Notify us promptly of incidents involving your service. Contractual notification deadlines and detailed assistance requirements should be included in a signed processing agreement.
6. Return, deletion and additional terms
Export your data before the service ends. Remaining workload data may be deleted following termination, subject to applicable legal retention duties and any agreed retention terms. If your use requires a formal data processing agreement, specific audit rights, statutory transfer clauses or regulated hosting obligations, contact admin@reticularnet.com to agree those terms before sending personal data. This page does not represent a signed individualized agreement or a compliance certification.
